This guy knows his stuff and is incredibly helpful and even has a Frequently asked questions broadcast. Simply put this is an awesome instructional video set for free. I simply love the fact that now days we can access so much information that was limited to a very few before the days of the internet. Enjoy and Happy Brewing.
